About Flow
Flow is a free app for getting better at meeting people in real life. You log every approach, whether it went well, got turned down, or you passed. Flow turns that into streaks, success rates, and the times and places that work for you. You can also find a wingman nearby, share field reports in the forum, see where people spend time on the map, and work with a coach who can follow your progress.
Who it's for
Mostly men, 18 and up, who would rather meet someone face to face than keep swiping, and who want a way to practice and see progress. Flow is built around one goal: finding someone you genuinely connect with. It doesn't support juggling people, leading anyone on, or anything dishonest or disrespectful.
How the blog is written
The Flow blog covers approaching, conversation, handling rejection, and the history of the pickup community and the people in it. Every article follows the same standards:
- Facts are checked. We don't invent statistics, studies, or quotes. Research is only mentioned when it's real, and it's described accurately.
- Sources are listed. Articles about real people, books, companies, or events end with the sources used, such as major newspapers, publishers, official sites, and Wikipedia.
- Neutral on people. Articles report what a coach or author teaches and what's documented about them, and leave the verdict to you.
- Practical. Every article ends with specific steps you can take this week.
- Respectful. We describe controversial tactics factually, but don't publish scripts for pressuring or deceiving anyone.
- Kept current. When we revise an article, it shows the date it was updated.
