Pickup and dating YouTube channels worth watching
The best channel depends on what you're working on. If you want better conversation skills, one channel fits. If you want street approaches, another. If you want to understand how women are advised, a third. Here's what each covers, so you can match a channel to a goal.

What to take from these channels
- Pick one channel for one goal. For example, Charisma on Command for conversation or Todd V Dating for approach anxiety. Don't sample ten.
- Watch with a pen. Write down one line or habit per video.
- Cap viewing at 20 minutes per outing. Spend the rest on real approaches.
- Try one thing within 24 hours. If you watched an opener, use it on the next 3 people you talk to.
- Log it. In Flow, note which channel the idea came from and how it went. After 10 tries, keep what worked.
